Access Panels
Creating access with fire rated access panels allow the crew to remove the grease accumulation while the duct remains watertight.
Grease Containment System
Airborne grease, fumes and particles are sucked up into the exhaust system where it accumulates, leaving deposits of grease in the hood and inside the filters/baffles.
Hinge Kits
Hinge kits are attached to the fan allowing it to open up completely to expose the ducting and the underside of the fan blades allowing for thorough cleaning.
What our Customers are Saying
"As the hospital's maintenance team, we have a responsibility to maintain not only the appearance of cleanliness but also the very safety of the hospital's critical areas. This includes the kitchen exhaust hoods and the dryer exhaust ducts. We work in these environments to keep them safe and efficient. When it came time to find a service for those specific environments, The Steam Guy impressed us from the outset. They are a reliable service, and their technicians are always punctual and ready to work. What's more—this is maybe just as important—they're a service we can count on to keep everything we're responsible for working efficiently and safely."
