Lee has personally worked in various aspects of building energy improvements throughout his business career. His extensive background in building systems and acquired certifications shows he welcomes opportunities to consult on your air system design and function concerns. He is well versed in upgrading needs of ventilation systems to modern more efficient standards.
Lee is a certified HRAI* installer (1994) and ventilation designer (1996). He is a TSSA licensed G2 (gas fitter) and OBT2 (oil burner technician)(2005). Recently retired from Central Ventilation Systems & Heating Lee has placed his focus 100% on restaurant kitchen exhaust systems and the training of his loyal staff. He has upgraded hundreds of potentially “sick” buildings with state of the art, heat recovery systems, while carefully following codes and Can.F-326 C.S.A. standards for ventilation design and installation.
In the past, Lee worked on hundreds of homes under the Canadian Home Insulation Program (C.H. I. P.) 1978-1987 and was Canadian General Standards Board (C.G.S.B) Certified (1984) for insulation, air sealing, and attic ventilation.
His extensive experience in duct and furnace modifications, fan and range hood applications, industrial exhausts including ceiling and attic ventilation (1990 – 2016) Lee has a keen sense when he is asked to trouble shoot an exhaust system that is under performing.
