IKECA – Certification of ‘The Steam Guy’
The Steam Guy has continued to pursue IKECA certification with full membership since 2012, to ensure that all Steam Guy staff, and crew are familiar with the protocols involving fire prevention as it pertains to commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning. We study NFPA96 and abide by the IKECA Code of Ethics.
IKECA invites all members and their staff to attend educational meetings at their bi-annual conferences. We appreciate these opportunities for our crew to stay connected and up to date on all leading industry changes. Innovations in kitchen exhaust cleaning are witnessed firsthand. Continuing Education on NFPA96 and other safety standards are further explored to bring new ideas for their members to explore implementing at their facility.
